How our process works

What do we embroider? Choose a product from our catalog OR arrange to drop off your own personal item(s) to embroider. For catalog items, please send us an email with the style #, quantity, color and size(s). You can find our entire catalog here. 

Once you figure out your product, how does the process work? Work directly with Ginny to plan the exact design that will be embroidered. You have the option to upload your own image or collaborate with us to create a unique design to meet your vision. You’ll always give the final approval before we get to work. 

Do you have to be local to Virginia Beach to work with us? Though we do offer local pick-up in Virginia Beach, VA and surrounding Hampton Roads areas, we can also ship for a fee (based on your location).

We specialize in turning clothing, accessories, and promotional items into unique keepsakes that reflect personal style and creativity.

 What sort of things can be brought in for embroidering? We can accept towels, jackets, bags, scarves, shirts and pillow shams for custom projects. We recommend not bringing an item that is irreplaceable in the event of a machine error. There is also the option of having the embroidery done on a patch and the patch can be sewn onto the personal item. 

Where do you ship? Local pick-up in the Hampton Roads area is available at no additional charge. If the item is shipped, shipping and handling charges can be added to your quote.

Can I ship you an item that I’d like embroidered? Yes, you can ship personal items to be embroidered to us directly. 

Do you offer gift packaging? Currently, we do not.
